Have for a year now used my Duo 2300C docked at home with a DSL line.
Recently I traveled across country and tried to use my Duo via its
internal 14.4 modem (which has always worked fine but slowly). AOL
couldn't connect me, and my system profiler doesn't "see" my internal
modem. I hadn't brought my external modem along, so was incommunicado
for awhile. Am back home now and in contact with the world, but haven't
yet figured out where my internal modem went. An Apple repairman didn't
find anything wrong with the modem, and I suspect that it's a software
problem. I'm using OS 9.1. Any suggestions? TIA

    Don Hook
