Screen savers don't have anything to do with your desktop image. Your
desktop photo should be in a PICT format and not very big, maybe less than a
100k, although I have used larger files but screen redraw becomes a problem
especially with the minimal vram of the 2400. How large is the photo (in kb
or MB) and what format is it in?
