Jon is correct. It is postal fraud because he is using the postal service as a
pretense of for delivering the goods. I am having the same problem with a Ronald
Thoroughgood (USSvoyager). I paid for the item about 2 months ago. I have gone thru
Square Deal in an attempt to resolve the issue, but still no response. Has anyone else
dealt with this person?
