It is still postal fraud though. I paid with my Visa in my case and nailed the bastard for postal fraud. My attorney says the reason that is is because you are relying on him to get it to you in the mail, and he took your money and didn't fulfill his end so it is postal fraud. I thought it was weird too, but it worked. I would just send the postmaster general an email.
