One additional point: After I hit "REMOVE PICTURE" I have to hit "PLACE PICTURE", then choose file and doubleclick picture for preview, then hit "SET DEKTOP" (9.1 on a PPC) You should be asked to choose a file. Open your system folder-then >Appearence folder-then desktop pictures. Inside the desktop pictures >folder there >should be three folders. 3D Graphics, Convergency, and Photos. Open >anyone of these >folders and choose what you want on your desktop. Click on it and click >choose. >Last, hit place picture. Remember, desk top photos do take up some >memory. Good >luck.
