Well, I do keep a PowerBook 180 around for emergencies so that I can still do my grades. It's not a 2400, but it gets by. I have owned two "fragile" PowerBooks--the 100 and the 5300c. Neither one of them have failed in the hardware department while I used them and I used them everyday. Hopefully, my 2400c is solid otherwise.
