We use Vellum in our office and it is a pretty nice program - only program on Mac side with which I have any real experience - have used AutoCAD a little and CadVance a fair amount on PC. Vellum's translaters work OK but not perfect. The cost maybe the determining factor as the prices go from hundreds to thousands - however they each have strenghts and weaknesses depending on exactly what you need to do.
