I know for a fact that that is not *always* true. The PowerBook Guy (aka Dan Janisch)
and I
send boards to them sometimes to get fixed, and we were began wondering the same
thing. So
what we did is tag our boards with a marking to see if we got the same ones back.
Almost
all the time we got the original board back, but every once in a while it would be a
different board. Either way it's fine with me. If I send a broken board and get a
new and
tested one back. No problem.
