I've tested them on a cardbussed 2400c running MacOS 8.6 with a MacAlly USB card, a beige G3 minitower running MacOS X with a combo RATOC PCI card, a G4 tower having native USB, a 500MHz iBook, and a TiBook. They work great. I got mixed results on an iMac however ---perhaps my own fault---. The software is good and available in an OSX version. Anyway be aware that Agfa is getting out of the scanner business at least in the States, so I don't know about future support. I didn't go the SCSI route because I wanted to use the same peripherals on legacy and future macs, but that's also a posibility to explore.
