Finally someone answered the question. The Color classic is indeed a rare animal. Here in Canada they were available to schools and very few to bookstores at some University campuses. At least that is what I 've been told. I purchased my Color Classic ][ from someone who had access to Macs that a high school was getting rid of.
Sorry guys and gals, my G3 Hard drive ate it this morning and I have been unable to get it going but guess what ?!!! I have a 2400 that just seems to keep going. Wow .
