Hi. I just put a 64 MB RAM card in a 2400c. The instruction booklet which came with the (used) card made reference to a mylar "heat shield" to be put between the metal shield and the RAM. Since the card did not include any mylar, I simply cut a piece of anti-static bag and put it over the RAM. Am I risking heat damage? Should I look for some specifically heat-shielding mylar? Can I use something else, instead? This is an "original" 2400c: no G3 (hot) upgrade.
