My Farallon 10/100 cardbus Ethernet card works just fine in OS X on my 2400 - connects at 100Mbps, according to my switch. The PN995-TX card is the one you want (Tekserve in NYC has them, incidentally). I tried 'pushing it' a little by also installing a Macally USB cardbus card. It works great....until you restart, at which point both USB and Ethernet cards go unresponsive. Perhaps it's having 2 cardbus cards installed at boot time.... Things work great with just one card inserted at time, though. Interesting: I can boot into OS X with a cardbus card inserted and *it doesn't crash* as it does when booting OS 9. Iit's kinda ironic that hardware support is 'better' in some respects using an unsupported OS on a 5 year old Mac. Eugene ---------- Duo/2400 List, The friendliest place on the Net!
