This is how I did it.

A "big" HD with a 2 partition, one for OS9.1 and the other for OSX (min 2G
for OSX)
An real "Apple" external SCSI CDROM player.
An OXS 10.1 Full install CD, 10.0 with 10.1 upgrade does not work
Install OS9.1 on first partition.
Dowload Xpostfacto  from
http://eshop.macsales.com/OSXCenter/XPostFacto/framework.cfm?page=XPostFacto
.html
Run the xpostfacto and select install from CDROM to the second partition,
and reboot
Go out for  few cups of coffee.

You should have it up and running within an hour......
