Regarding the Duo RAM on eBay.

No, you shouldn't go there for Duo RAM because you'll find me already there
with the cursor on the 'bid now' button ;-)

Seriously, I bought two 28Mb modules not too long ago, and a fair amount of
20Mb, but I'm yet to see anything larger, apart from people selling their
2300c already equiped with 56Mb.

So the upshot is, the battle will rage if somebody puts a 32 to 48Mb Duo
module on eBay.

Aside from eBay, MemoryX seem to have some Duo RAM still. Not cheap though.
