It depends on what the Duo has - memory and hard drive. And the price.

Is it worth $100 or more?  No - my max would be around $50 for a Duo 280
with 20+ megs of memory and 200+ hard drive.

The fullsize docks (not portable) have ethernet or can have ethernet added.
You can also find mini docks that add ethernet to the duo.
