I wasn't following this. Which version of Emailer? I'm still a v2.0.3
user. Maybe I can help...
Does it show an error message after you connect to the mail server? If
so, what does the message say?
Also, does CE upload mail okay though it won't download, or what? I ask
because I'm at an ISP away from home right now which allows my CE to send
emails just fine but not receive any. All I get is a "network stream
error" message. Good thing I don't use it for a return address anyway.
There's nothing wrong with my Emailer but it's obviously no longer wholly
compatible with this ISP's software setup. (Nevertheless, it does forward
my emails from my home ISP, Earthlink. Screwy.)
Try a test using the clever--and formerly freeware--program, POPmonitor,
to see what might be in your mailbox. Maybe it's really empty.
