First they say they will bill my credit card, next thing they say is they will send me a cheque instead, which as of now is still nowhere to be found. So on and so forth. Yes, many of you say good things about their telephone support, but I'm Spain-based and international calls every week are out of the question. And as far as their e-mail support and return policy are concerned, saying that they are a complete @#&%-up is actually an understatement. At least in my experience.
