Well, if you can provide the order # and other specific details, someone who
lives closer could call in and start bugging them for the refund.  (Sorry I
can't call as I depend on teletypewriter (TTY aka TDD) to make calls and
mine's not working at this moment)

Good luck, international dispute is often the hardest of any sales to
resolve.
