Hi everyone,

I just purchased a 2300c and it came with two batteries. Neither of them seem to
work, though. The duo works fine with the power supply, and one of the batteries
seems to charge, but then if I pull out the power cord while it's on, the battery dies
in about 15 seconds. I assume that means there just isn't any life left in it, right?

The other battery does nothing at all. The duo doesn't even really respond to it, not
trying to charge it or anything. Is this the same problem?

Well, unless there is something I missed (and I'm hoping I did!) it looks like I'll
need a new battery. ebay doesn't really have any right now. Anyone know where I can
find one at a good price??

Thanks in advance.

Doug Neff
