Strange, I never had my Duo starting up after being ejected. But I'd guess your battery is working even if only for a short while. If you didn't have any battery in that Duo when it started up, chaulk it up to one weird poltergeist. > Duo #2 is really scary. Your Duo #1 may have really lousy internal battery but it does sound like it has a chance of getting to work again with a bit of work. Duo #2 sounds like maybe your power board's fried or there's an internal short. And since the power board's integrated into the mainboard, there's not really much you could do.
