I do not think that any older apple-branded monitor will work directly with the Duo as it has VGA outs on the back only. The Mac displays of older vintage use the DB15 connectors that are native to the Mac video jacks and cards. An adapter, perhaps from Griffin Technologies would be ideal in this case. Some of the 17 inch monitors have the ADB built into it.
