Thanks, but with your vivid description, I was able to pry the centre cover loose. I think that has got to be the most difficult part of the duo I have come across. I already had to replace the bottom shell of the duo because someone thought it was a snap together and broke off all but one of the tap in front of the hard drive. YIKES!
