Dear Gurus,
In answer to my question about installing yellodog Linux on my
2400, Mr. Sturgis wrote: " The install is simple. You need bigger
than the stock HD if you want to run
XWindows or anything other than the shell.
Getting your PC card modem or network connection could be tricky too."
I've got a 30G hard drive so I can install it. Question is why
should I? Other than whatever pleasure I might get from being in the
technological vanguard and improvements to my defective education, what
practical advantages does the yellowdog linux have over, say, OS 7.6.1?
Quicker, more stable, more customizable, better apps?
