FW is working under 10.1.5, but I cannot use FW CDROM for 10.2 install/upgrade. Anyway, I have tried different way, and finally took my 2400c apart. I took the HD to for Powerbook G3 and install 10.2 onto it.
Now, I have 10.2 running on my 2400c. It is little bit slower, and the OpenPMU work great. No longer care about the ApplePMU version anymore. BTW, external SCSI is know problem by using XPF.
