Don't feel like it's just outpost.com. MacMall sent me a 168 pin 512 M ram module instead of a 144 pin 256 M Low Profile/hi profile combo 2 module combo. To make things more annoying, you actually have to go through a TWO step process. a. get Tech support to agree that they screwed up b. get the actual salesperson who sold it to you to send the RMA.
