You could try but it won't be easy.  You'll have to replace the cable as the
floppy drive cable aren't the same as SCSI cable.  Then you'll have to find
a way to power the hard drive.  Finally you'll need a SCSI dock, mini dock
or any docks with SCSI port in it.

I have an extra disk drive that's been gutted (old disk drive ate disks all
the time) and I have a 320MB hard drive gathering dust right now.
