The saga continues...

The Duo has yet to find its OS.

Took delivery of Dock II yesterday, so now have other avenues to explore.

All attempts at revival have thus far been fruitless. Still the same behavior: Duo starts, happy Mac appears, HD spins up. Then, screen flickers off, then on; HD stops spinning and the floppy with the flashing "?" appears.

Dock has HD with "universal" OS 7.6.1 loaded, but Duo doesn't see it.

Made boot floppy on desktop machine and tried to boot Duo from it; Duo complains that the floppy doesn't contain the correct startup software. Even went so far as to place Duo Enabler v 1.0 in System Folder of floppy to see if that would help. It didn't.

Ideas, anyone? What am I missing???
