Dear Listers,
I've got a DuoDockII for my 2300c, but I can't get it to work. When I
plug in the power cord it starts clicking continously. I cannot
insert the 2300c because it doesn't stay in the Dock, it slips out
imediately.I cannot start the 2300 at all in the Dock.
Is the Dock totally screwed up ? Or is there some fix? I have no idea
how to open it. Any directions, please?
Is the hardware problem of the Duo not holding inside the Dock
connected to the clicking, or is it another (mechanical)problem, that
makes the Dock even more screwed?
Sorry for any dumb newbie questions. I never had my hands on a Dock so far.
Thanks you for you help.
Greetings from Germany,
Thomas
