Since the compact flash cards are cheap, you may wish to buy a
second on to use as a backup O/S. Accidents do happen.

Not only that but they do have a finite life span.
It's usually something on the order of 100,000 read/write cycles
which sounds like a lot but if you are using the card for VM you
could hit that wall sooner than you expect.
