Tom is correct. A Lucent WAVELan/Orinoco card works nicely under Mac
OS 9.1 on a PB 1400cs and thus should be fine on a 2400; and it
definitely does WEP, of varying degrees depending on the card, is that
the same as WPA?
I have the drivers if anyone needs them.

No, WPA is what WEP was supposed to be. Apple didn't include WPA
support in their drivers until Panther, I think. And the Orinoco
drivers don't support it. I don't know that any OS 9 drivers do.
