What hidden screen? You mean because the Duo will think it has two screens because
it's docked and you might loose the cursor if you don't have another monitor
attached? All you have to do is set the dual display control panel to mirror the
main screen (there are other fixes as well).
I'm not sure I understand about the ghosting issue. Some people buy laptops and
never use them with an external monitor (including Duos). I've never heard anyone
complain about ghosting from prolonged use of their laptop.
This backlight thing also confuses me as the same people who never use an external
monitor are presumably using their backlights. Again, these are issues I've never
heard of before.
