just bought a 230 (first duo for me) and have some questions. hoping listers can help me with. should there be any modem software? i don't see any and am wondering if i am missing anything as far as files or control panels. only thing i see is the normal/compatible toggle in the powerbook control panel. should there be more? if so, where can i get. also, about mac, memory CP, and tattletech all list 18 meg RAM. is that a possible configuration? with virtual memory off about mac claims system software (7.5.3) is using 12 M, with VM on however, it says system software using under 3 M. any clues on what is going on/going wrong? also, i know onfo has been posted before, but would appreciate pointers in the right direction with keyboard troubles. the top row of keys, especially r and i it seemsdon't readily work. have to press really hard and then will get about 3 repeating charcters. enough of a problem to render the keybard not real usable. is there a fix? ---------- Duo/2400 List, The friendliest place on the Net!
