I just recently disassembled a dead Type I to take a look at the innards, and I noticed that the AA size cells don't have any markings. I've found a place that sells AA size NiMH cells with an amp rating of 1200mAh for $1 a piece. I'm curious if those will work to replace those in a Type I. Also, does anyone have a. directions on how to open a battery case without destroying it b. a spare, empty battery case they would be willing to give me (you should be able to discern the fate of my old battery case from above statements) Thanks -- Kris Jones True multitasking means using two computers!
