like everything else, it's soooo easy once you know how...you'll laugh at how
easy it is....just don't force it, and don't use a knife or screw driver. be
patient and consult the manual if you have one, or go to the archive pages on
Apple.com. just squeeze the inside of each outside wall from inside the
opening galley and lift up.
