Hey everyone, remember me? Ever since I picked up that Duo i have been
plagued with a bad battery. I picked up 2 more second hand batteries
today without really knowing what kind of state they were in. They were
free, so i decided I might as well try them out. I popped in the first
one and the machine wouldn't turn on. Any ideas? Oh, I should mention
that this was WITH the AC plugged in. The second I tried also with the
AC plugged in and it started up. The charge meter on that little tool
bar near the bottom of the screen (what's that called anyway??) showed 1
white bar and all the others were grey. This gives me some hope that
the battery may just be low. Neither of the batteries start the machine
on their own. Also, I should mention that my (presumably) dead battery
allows my machine to start when it is in. That's what makes me wonder
about the battery that DOESN'T let my machine start.

Thanks,
Ben
