your experience may be different, but I own presently a minidock that had 
been crazy glued and it's been perfect...but you really have to find the 
extra strength or industrial strength crazy glue.  it matters, at least it 
has for me.  It's also important NOT to use the unit for a full day so it can 
harden...it also helps to apply pressure on the break while it's drying for 
at least 5 min...again, my personal experience.
