[Duo] Reverse USB adapters?

I see that there are now tons of adapters on the market that will conect a SCCI or Serial connector to a USB imput.

Does anyone know of a connector that will connect a USB output to a SCCI or Serial imput? Is is likely or technically feasible?

I could sure use an $89 floppy drive to replace my dead one even if it is too-cute translucent. <grin>
