I was told to check out Apple's "Battery Update S/W" as a possible fix
for the dead battery in my 2400c.
This battery is the backup for long trips (in excess of 2 hrs :{ ) and
has had little use; the main batt keeps plugging away. So any resetting
is to the circuit board in the batt pack.
Is anybody aware of this software for the 2400? Is anybody sure that no
such s/w exists for this machine? My search of Apple's site only found
s/w for other machines.
If so, pls cc: my address directly as I get the DuoList in digest mode &
want to move quickly. TIA.
