hello folks.....
Am trying to eliminate the various possible causes of my 280c
acting weird. Have already done a complete wipe & re-install of 8.1 and
have not put in the usual third party gizmo extensions we all seem to pick
up along the way.
After having read so many diagnostics that revolve around a bad
battery, I took the 280 apart to see what kind of battery it had & then go
about replacing it. Problem is, I can't find the little guy. Definitely
not like the one in an 840 or 8500!
So, two part request: first, anyone know where it's hiding at &
second, there was someone here (or at the QuadList) who had the .pdf files
for the various older macs. I need to get a copy for the 280 if possible.
