ICN has 256K and 512K VRAM SIMMS for $5 and $10, respectively. Newer 
Technology's GURU program indicates that the Duo Dock should use the same 
type of 512K VRAM SIMM that the PM 8100 does. Check out this page:

Even though most RAM prices are going back up, prices for this type of VRAM 
has stayed low. I can vouch for this company - I have bought used Macs and 
VRAM SIMMs from them.
