I have no idea if it is compatible with OpenTalk, but Sleeper by
St.Clair Software is an excellent program. Far better than the built
in energy saver features of MacOS.
It's not free, but it is inexpensive shareware, and worth every
penny. A quick search on Versiontracker.com should bring it up.
