Yes.  It is the only one of the 1400, 5300, 3400, 2300 line that can.
It's because the 2400 has a VGA port on it and it is great.  It even works
with my TP560.

It also looks great hooked up via RCA-Composite video and even better with
the S-Video.  Try a DVD or VCR.

It's like a 15.1" TFT-Active matrix TV.  According to many reviews (and
also the deal-mac *no connection* forum), the quality is great (if you
need more input).  

Smalldog *no connection* has refurbs for $989.

Just my 0.02cents worth.
