I have hooked one up directly to my 2400 (a rev. a model - dark blue 
w/ADB) and it worked perfectly. The non-compatible PBs are the 3400 and I 
THINK the 1400. The quality was a little fuzzy, for lack of a better 
word, for me. It didn't knock my socks of as I had hopeful expected.
