I had a Newer upgrade card die after about 2 weeks (for a desktop, not
2400). I called the dealer I got it from and he suggested for a speedier
replacement to call Newer directly. I did and they told me to send it to
them and they would send out the replacement as soon as they received
the dead one. That's exactly what happened, it took about 3 days total.
Newer seems to be an excellent company to deal with.
