Hi Jolin. I see they're screwing the battery down in the iBooks. Good idea.
My Duo's 3 yrs old now, and I find my battery's a little loose. If I'm not
plugged in and it gets nudged out of line,
sometimes just from the weight of my left hand...

I blame myself. Probably loosened after months of pounding Descent and Duke
Nukem. Now I push in the corner  by habit. This might be your problem.
One other thing: after a hard reboot (from crash/death) I always do a
Restart. This lets the little guy
shut everything down properly, and he seems to wake up in a better mood.
