BTDT, but for the benefit of the list, I'll rehash...

I also heard and read that the quality of the low end Kodaks is not so
sharp. From the pictures that I saw in the review (MacWorld?), the Kodak
colors were not as vibrant as the other products. I like the Olympus - and
all my friends do too. The pictures are very sharp and the colors are
lively even at the lowest quality setting. Alas, something went wrong with
my camera and I had to drive it over to the Olympus Facility in Woodbury
because the colors in OUTDOORS photos only are completely washed out. Can't
wait for the camera to come back. I don't know what the quality issues are
in general for any brand of digital camera. YMMV

C

p.s. I do NOT recommend driving when afflicted with mono - it was a stupid
thing of me to do to go over to Woodbury (20 minutes). I thought I was up
to it....

p.p.s. I'm still a part of the group until I get the money order for the
2400. It's sitting in my living room. lol Besides, where's a PB Bronze
user to go?
