i use my duo 230 for web surfing!!! it's slow, but it does the job ok....
and for web mail.... your 210 should be just fine.....
i'd recommend netscape 3.02
and Freeppp 2.6.2 will run on your 210 just fine, as long as you have open
transport 1.1.2 (ot 112 is downloadable from apple's software updates site

your 210 is a 25mhz 030.... still a great little machine as far as i'm
concerned :-)
