Hello

This problem is happening on both of my iMacs right now but also
happened on my 2400c with Global Village 33.6 modem. A few days ago
the ISP went down, and now my modems in all computers will connect at
28.8 and ONLY 28.8. This happened over the summer with my 2400 and
the 33.6 modem, and now its happening with my iMacs. It's
disappointing, since I was getting used to connecting at 49333 or
48000 bps. This isn't happning with Windows people who use the same
ISP I do. I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to get my
modems to connect at higher speeds like they used to. I haven't
changed ANY of the settings.. this all just started on the iMacs a
few days ago, and started on the 2400 earlier this year. It's
annoying enough to find a new ISP.

Ideas?
