I have written a modem script which purports to support any Sprint
PCS phone. So far I have given it to a few people for beta testing,
but have had no reports. Seemingly the service is too expensive or
not important enough for people to actually get around to testing it.

Again, I am still looking for beta testers. It works great with my
Samsung phone and 2400c Powerbook.

Connection is great where there is digital service

Caveats:
* connection is 14.4K regardless of dial tone strength
* it costs $0.39/minute unless you sign up for a "plan"
* the cable costs $100 (perhaps a 5000% mark-up)
* you need to figure out how to convert a Windows-style modem
connection to something that will fit into your Mac (I use the cable
from the MacPack for Palm).
* Sprint offers no support

Contact me privately if you want a copy of the software for beta testing.
