I have recently acquired a Duo 230 and a MiniDock on which I have
installed OS 7.6.1. I can only turn on AppleTalk, and hence filesharing,
when the Duo is undocked. In the dock attempting to turn on AppleTalk
will cause freezes, Chooser to crash, "AppleTalk cannot be turned on"
type-messages. If I have had AppleTalk on when undocked, shut down then
attach the dock, the Duo will not start up (stops part way) - unless I
disable extensions.

If anyone can help with this I'd be grateful. BTW the dock has two serial
ports and the Duo has one combined modem/printer port. Might this have
something to do with it?

Thanks.

yours

Paul
